A Comparative Study of Administrators’ Characteristics in 〖21〗^st Century School Administrators According to the Opinions of School Administrators and Teachers Under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The purpose of this research aimed to study and compare the school administrators’ characteristics in the century owing to the school administrators’ and teachers’ opinions under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample is 108 school administrators and 108 teachers, a total of 97 people. The research instrument was the five-rating scaled questionnaires. The statistics used in the data analyzing were the mean, standard deviation and t-test (Independent Sample: t-test). The research found that: 1) The school administrators’ characteristics in Century as the school administrators’ opinions revealed in overall at a high level and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was knowledge and ability to manage, And the aspect with the lowest mean was critical and creative thinking. 2) The school administrators’ characteristics in Century as the teachers’ opinions revealed in overall at a high level and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was human relationship, And the aspect with the lowest mean was critical and creative thinking. 3) The results from the comparison of school administrators’ characteristics in Century owing to the school administrators’ and teachers’ opinions in overall is no different and when considering each aspect, There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level were vision and knowledge and ability in management.
