Abstract

A research on the management model of integrated student care and support system in small schools under the Office of Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area 1, with objectives Study the operating conditions and needs of student care and support system management. to develop a model and to evaluate the appropriateness of the management model of the integrated student support system in small schools. This research is a mixed research. The population is Educational institution administrators/acting positions A total of 186 teachers in charge of the student support system/classroom teachers in small schools were used by the researcher in objectives 1 and 3 and the sample group used in the study of objective 2. There were 9 experts, consisting of 4 school administrators, 4 teachers in charge of the student support system, and 1 psychologist in the educational area. The research tools were questionnaires, interview forms, and questionnaires. assess suitability Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and content analysis The results showed that Conditions and needs of student care and support management in small schools Under the Office of Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area 1 in the overall level was at a high level. The results of the model development consisted of 4 issues: 1). Collaboration 2). Resource allocation 3). Knowledge connection 4). Application in daily life. And the evaluation of the suitability of the model found that it was at the highest level.
