Guidelines for Developing Innovative Leadership of Administrators in Small Schools Under Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The objectives of this research were 1) to analyze the components of creative leadership of school administrators and 2)to find ways to develop innovative leadership of school administrators in small schools. Under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Education Service Area 1. The population used in this research was 528 school administrators and teachers. The sample used in the research the sample size was obtained by opening Krejcie & Morgan's ready-made table, comparing the proportions and then taking a simple random sampling as follows 56 school administrators and 210 teachers, totaling 266 people and the main informants were 9 experts. The research tools were questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean (), standard deviation (S.D.) and content analysis. The results showed that the priority index of the condition that should be of innovative leadership of school administrators in all 5 areas, arranged in descending order, are as follows Teamwork and participation, Creating an atmosphere of innovative organization, In terms of having an innovative vision, Creativity and vision changes. Innovative Leadership Development Guidelines In terms of creativity, one must dare to think, dare to do, dare to accept change. Give freedom to educational personnel and listen to various opinions. Teamwork and participation Motivation to work Trust, be neutral, not prejudiced, not inclined to any side. Creating an atmosphere of innovative organization cheer up Give friendly advice Sufficient resources are allocated. Facilitate various fields and pay attention to the development of educational institutions and environment. Vision change Must be able to keep pace with changing events, dare to think, dare to try, dare to learn, be open-minded and accept the use of various technologies.
