The Relationship Between Academic Leadership of School Administrators and Efficiency of Academic Administration in Small Schools Under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

The purpose of this Research were to study 1) the Level of academic leadership of administrators in small school under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area 2. 2) the Level of efficiency of academic administration in small school under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area 2. 3) the relationship Between academic leadership of administrators and efficiency of academic administration in small school under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area 2. The Instrument was five rating scale questionnaire. The sample were 275 teachers and administrators in small school under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area 2. The statistics for Data analyze were frequency, mean, standard deviation and pearson product moment correlation Coefficient. The finding were as follows: 1) The academic leadership of administrators in overall were at high level. Ranking by mean score from high to low were competency in creating network education, staff and students development, personal performance, curriculum development and Learning process and defining vision mission and objective. 2) The efficiency of academic administration in overall were at high level. Ranking by mean score from high to low were the Development of media innovation and technology, learning process, Internal Quality assurance , measurement and evaluation , Internal supervision and curriculum.  3) The relationship Between academic leadership of School administrators and efficiency of academic administration in Small School Under The Office of Sukhothai  Primary educational service area 2 correlate at hightest positive level with the statistical significance level at 0.01
