Abstract

The purposes of this thesis were (1)to create and determine the effectiveness of reading exercises. Thai pool learning set according to 80/80 benchmark. (2)to compare students' ability to read and spell words compounded with single vowels. 1st grade before and after classes by organizing active learning activities In conjunction with the Thai vowel learning exercises. The research model is experimental the one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample group 11 students in 1st grade, Banyangsamton school, Phichit Province. Research Tools (1) learning activity plan Active Learning (2) Thai vowel learning exercises and (3) The test measures the ability to read and spell words compounded with single vowels. Analyze data percentage, mean, standard deviation, E1/E2. The results of the study were as follows: (1) Creating and finding the effectiveness of reading exercises in the Thai vowel learning series effective as 80.11/81.33 It has been shown that the creation and performance of the Thai vowel learning exercise is higher than the set threshold of 80/80. (2) The results compared the student's ability to read and spell words compounded with single vowels. 1st grade before and after classes by organizing active learning activities together with reading exercises in the Thai vowel learning series had a mean score before learning was 11.73 and a mean score after learning was 15.27. and when comparing between pre- and post-test scores, it was found that the students' post-test scores were significantly higher than before at .05.
