Abstract

This research aimed to study the use of information technology conditions, Finding the development guideline of information technology using for academic administration in the 21st century of special education centers Tak province. The research population samples were 55 people of school administrators, chief of work group and teachers Tak special education center, the first semester, academic year 2022 and 9 of senior experts. The research instrument that collected data were use questionnaires, interview, suitability assessment and feasibility assessment.  Data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation  and content analysis. The result found that, the result of the research found that, The conditions of information technology using for academic administration in the 21st century of special education centers Tak province as overall and each aspect were at a high level. The development guideline of information technology using for academic administration in the 21st found that: 1) It should be promoted the personnel acknowledgement on the information technology using with studying and teaching, analyze the learners, online media producing for disabilities student. 2) It should be supposed to an online meeting for course information publicize on the website. 3) It should be taken to the technology for creating the measurement tools and online program. Promote and training about measurement tools, evaluation, and create the measurement tools archives online. 4) It should be taken the technology for information archives, self-assessment data, and the internal quality assurance as information technology document and available or disclosed online access. 5) It should be created the supervision guideline with online form that can cooperate with the educational service area office. Creating a supervision database for public relations on the website. Evaluation results of suitability and feasibility in development guidelines of the information technology using for academic administration in the 21st century found that, suitability and feasibility as overall and each aspect were at a high level.
