A research on management guidelines for promoting good health of junior high school students in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Phitsanulok primary educational service area office 1, the objectives of this research were 1) To study the state of health problems of junior high school students in educational opportunity expansion schools. 2) To find management guidelines to promote good health of junior high school students in educational opportunity expansion schools. 3) To assess the appropriateness and feasibility of management guidelines for promoting good health of junior high school students in educational opportunity expansion schools. This research is a mixed method. The population used in this research consisted of administrators of the school and teachers in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Phitsanulok primary educational service area office 1 totaling 634 people, the researcher used the research in objectives 1 and 3 of 80 people by purposive selection, and the samples used in the research of objective 2 consisted of 2 administrators of the school, 1 supervisor, 1 doctor, 1 foundation staff, 1 village health volunteer and 1 village headman, totaling 7 people. The research tools were questionnaires and interview forms. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation and content analysis
The results were as follows. A study of health problems of junior high school students in educational opportunity expansion schools, it was found that there was a lack of policy planning for implementation, follow-up and serious improvement. Neglect not to give importance as it should. Lack of stimulation of health promotion activities. The family lives in a slum community. Lack of attention, lack of life skills and addicted to the phone screen. Management guidelines for promoting good health of junior high school students in educational opportunity expansion schools, namely plan a health promotion policy in collaboration with external agencies. Organize creative activities and respond to students needs as appropriate on an ongoing basis. Carefully plan a support system and individual student access. Collaborate with parents to find solutions together, pass on information, coordinate assistance to relevant agencies. and the results of the suitability and feasibility assessment were at the highest level.
