Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the current conditions and desirable conditions within the development of professional learning community of education institutions under Phang-nga Primary Education Service Area Office, 2) study the guidelines of the development of professional learning community of education institutions under Phang-nga Primary Education Service Area Office. The sample of the study consisted of 112 school teachers of the academic year 2022, under Phang-nga Primary Education Service Area Office. The research instruments were a questionaries form that has a confidence value of 0.98 Means, Standard Deviation and Need Index were used to analyze the data. The research findings were as follow: 1) The current conditions in the development of professional learning community of education institutions under Phang-nga Primary Education Service Area Office were overall at a high level in all 5 aspects when considering side by side. The desirable conditions in the development of professional learning community of education institutions under Phang-nga Primary Education Service Area Office were overall at a highest level in all 5 aspects when considering side by side. 2) The results of the Need Index about the development of professional learning community of education institutions under Phang-nga Primary Education Service Area Office, was found that the need for conducive environment ranks highest, the second was the exchange of experiences, the third was the creation of shared values and visions, the fourth was the joint learning and application. Finally, there was support and co-leadership.
