Abstract

This research Objectives: 1) to study school management to opinion of teacher efficiency promotion network special education center network group 3. 2) To compare the school management to opinion of teacher efficiency promotion network special education center network group 3 classify gender, age and work experience. 3) To study suggestions to opinion of teacher efficiency promotion network special education center network group 3. The samples were the teacher of efficiency promotion network special education center network group 3 was 136. The research instrument were questionnaires,. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

            The research results were

  1. School management to opinion of teacher efficiency promotion network special education center network group 3 was at a high level in overall and individual aspects.
  2. School management to opinion of teacher efficiency promotion network special education center network group 3 classified by gender in overall and individual aspects the difference was statistically significant at the .01 level.

 

  1. School management to opinion of teacher efficiency promotion network special education center network group 3 classified by age in overall no difference.
  2. School management to opinion of teacher efficiency promotion network special education center network group 3 classified by work experience in overall no difference.
  3. Recommendations namely, administrators should encourage teachers in educational institutions to exchange knowledge and experiences both inside and outside educational institutions. And administrators should recruit personnel with specialized knowledge to perform specific duties to reduce the necessary burden on teachers.
