Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1. to study the current state of teacher development in learning innovation. 2. To study the teacher development guidelines for learning innovation. and 3. To assess the suitability and feasibility of teacher development guidelines for learning innovation. The population sample used in the research was: seven school administrators, two study supervisors, and onehanded-four teachers. The research tools were questionnaires, interviews, and suitability and feasibility assessment forms. Statistical tools used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test dependent, and content analysis. The research findings were as followings: 1. The present condition of teacher development in terms of innovation using a questionnaire was at a high level. 2. Guidelines for teacher development in creating innovation, consisting of 2.1. In entering development, there is an initial knowledge assessment every time. 2.2. The agency has continued to develop teachers in innovation. 2.3. The agency has created a variety of teacher development courses for teachers to choose from to develop according to their majors and needs. 2.4. The agency has systematically designed a teacher development plan. 2.5. Information from educational institutions is used before planning for teacher development. 2.6. The agency has prepared personnel to develop teachers for each curriculum. 2.7. The agency prepares factors to support personnel development in terms of budget, premises, equipment, and sufficiently modern technology. 2.8. The organization that produces information about teacher development, and 2.9. Organizations are updated. Resolve problems that arise during the implementation of teacher development, and 3. The overall appropriateness of the suitability and feasibility of teacher development guidelines for learning innovation was at a high level.
