Abstract

This research on the management approaches of the student care and support system of marginal schools under the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 had the objectives: 1. To study the problems in the management of the student care and support system in border schools under the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office. Nan Elementary Education, Region 2 2. Develop a guideline for the management of the care and support system for students in marginal schools under the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 3. Evaluate the appropriateness and feasibility of the management approach for the care and support system for marginal schools under the jurisdiction of the district office. Nan Primary Education Area, Region 2 A total of 201 people, which the researcher used to study objectives 1 and 3 and the sample group in group discussion. In the second objective, there were 2 administrators of border schools, 5 teachers in charge of the student support system, 2 teachers, 1 supervisor, and 1 psychologist, totaling 9 people. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and frequency distribution. standard deviation The results showed that The state of problem management of the student care and support system of border schools under the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the most problematic aspect was student screening, followed by prevention and problem solving. and student forwarding and the side with the lowest average is the aspect of knowing students individually As for the management approach, teachers use the dltv system to help organize teaching and learning activities and hold teacher meetings to plan the management of the student support system. An effective student screening tool has been created. There is a modern approach and style. unconventional techniques To arouse interest or excitement among participants in correcting their behavior. A teacher is appointed as the main coordinator of the student support system. and referring individual students with problems to modify their behavior.
