Abstract

This research article aims to study the needs and management approaches of learning resources of small schools Mueang Sukhothai District Sukhothai Province Under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Education Service Area 1. The population used in this research small school Mueang Sukhothai District Sukhothai Province Under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Education Service Area 1. This research is a mixed research. The sample consisted of 21 schools, 135 teachers, and 21 school committee presidents, totaling 177 people and the target group used in this research was obtained by purposive selection. The sample selected by stratified random sampling was 2 school, directors, 2 teachers, 2 school committee presidents and 2 supervisors, a total of 8 people. The research tools were questionnaires It has a validity between 0.8 - 1.00 and has a confidence value of 0.934. and interviews. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research results showed that there was a need for the management of learning resources of small schools. Mueang Sukhothai District Sukhothai Province Under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Zone 1 on all 4 sides namely, the community's participation in the learning center management plan (Plan), the community's participation in the management of learning resources (Do), the community's participation in monitoring and Evaluate the management of learning resources (Check) and the aspect of community participation in improving and developing learning resources management (Action).
