Abstract The objectives of this research were 1) to study intra-school supervision , 2) to study teaching efficiency of teachers in the new normal era, 3) to study the relationship between intra-school supervision and teaching efficiency of teachers in the new normal Age Under to Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Using Krajew and More's ready-made tables. The sample used in the research was 310 teachers from 117 schools. The samples were classified by each school and then drawing selected randomly. The tool is a questionnaire; 5 level estimation questionnaire with confidence of .975. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. correlation coefficient. The research results were summarized as follows. 1. Supervision level within educational institutions under Narathiwat Primary Education Area 2 found that the overall level was at a high level. Moreover, when considering each side, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. 2. Level of teaching efficiency of teachers in the new normal era under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area 2 found that the overall level was at a high level. Furthermore, when considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level 3. The relationship between supervision within educational institutions and teaching efficiency of teachers in new normal era under Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area 2 found that there was a moderate positive relationship with a statistical significance of .001.
