The Guidelines for Internal Supervision of Education Institution using the Classroom as a Base of the Taimit School Group under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The  purposes  of  this  research were to study the needs and to study the guidelines for Internal Supervision of Education Institution using the Classroom as a Base of the Taimit School Group under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The population of Phase 1 consisted of 19  school administrators and 107  teachers total 126  people. The target group of Phase 2  consisted of a school administrator, 2  teachers head of academic affairs and 2  supervisors total 5  people.                  The research instruments for data collection were Questionnaires and interviews. The analytical device included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, priority need index and content analysis.

             The results findings were as follow. The needs for Internal Supervision of Education Institution using the classroom as a Base sorted in descending order as follows the supervisory planning, the supervision practice, the creation media and supervision tools, the evaluation and publish and study of current condition problems and needs. The Guidelines for Internal Supervision of Education Institution using the Classroom as a Base of the Taimit School Group under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. There were five aspects included study of current condition problems and needs to study of current context problems and needs of internal and External. The supervisory planning have defined goals and rank  operating procedures. The creation media and supervision tools to provide instruction for Internal Supervision. the supervision practice to clarify the process for internal supervision practice. And the evaluation and publish make a report for internal supervision.
