Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the conditions, to find guidelines, and to assess the suitability and feasibility of the guidelines for student development activities in secondary schools in LumNamWang Consortium School Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Tak. The population used in the research was school administrators. Head of student development activities and 30 learner development activity teachers. The research tool was a questionnaire. Interview form and assessment form Data were analyzed by finding frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and content analysis The results of the analysis were as follows: 1. The condition of student development activities in secondary schools in LumNamWang Consortium School Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Tak Overall, it was at a high level. Sorted from descending, namely Scout activities - Girl Scouts, social and public benefit activities. guidance activities and Red Cross youth activities, respectively. 2. The development guideline is Scout-Girl Scout activities. Educational institutions should improve the curriculum to be able to organize activities that are more up-to-date with current events and situations. Social activities and public benefits Educational institutions encourage students to determine the activities they can do. To practice, practice, create habits by yourself. guidance activities Schools should have different forms of communication with parents of students. and Red Cross youth activities Educational institutions should organize a variety of teaching and learning activities to support learner learning. 3. Evaluation results of the suitability and feasibility of the actual implementation of student development activities in secondary schools in LumNamWang Consortium School Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Tak, the overall suitability and feasibility of practical implementation were at a high level in all aspects.
