Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current state and problems of informal education administration in the digital age, 2) to study guidelines for informal education administration in the digital age. Under the Office of the Promotion of Non-formal Education and Informal Education, Lamphun Province The research design was mixed. The target population in Objective 1 was 116 people and Objective 2 was a purposive sample of 10 people. Overall, it was at a high level. and problems of informal education administration in the digital age The overall level was at a low level. 2) Guidelines for informal education administration in the digital age Under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Lamphun Province, there are 5 aspects: 1) management of community book houses Should choose a place to set up a community book house. that can organize activities with information technology media Homeowners must have knowledge and skills in using information technology. service-minded And willing to work with network partners. 2) Management of mobile libraries for market people. Activities must be simple and uncomplicated. Can access the service immediately. 3) management of mobile public libraries. There should be an operational plan together with network partners. to obtain electronic media support audio-visual equipment Including the budget for organizing activities. 4) Management of public libraries. There should be facilities that can provide complete and modern services. Librarian Must have skills in using information technology. There is an online library information system, and 5) the management and development of reading promotion volunteers. Volunteers should be developed to have knowledge and skills in using technology for education. and encourage volunteers to systematically work with librarians and teachers of Sub-District Non-Formal Education.
