Motivation Affecting the Employee Retention of Kasemrad Sriburin Hospital in Chiang Rai Province

The objective of this research was to study the motivation that affecting the efficiency of the employee retention of Kasemrad Sriburin Hospital in Chiang Rai Province. The sampling group used in the study consisted of 225 samples. The data were gathered using online questionnaire. Data were analyzed applying frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression. The research results revealed that: 1) The motivation factors overall, there was a high level of motivation factors, included job chrematistics, relationship with supervisor and colleagues, responsibility, recognized, stability, advancement opportunities in career, working environment, and compensation and benefit. 2) all of the factors included employee retention to continue working in the hospital, no longer to change their occupations, and until their retirement. 3) Motivation affecting employee retention of Kasemrad Sriburin Hospital in Chiang Rai Province is relationship with supervisor and colleagues, working environment, and stability
