Guidelines for Risk management in Academic work of Educational institutions under the office of secondary education service area Ayutthaya.

Abstract

The research aims to 1) Create a risk management guideline for academic work of educational institutions and 2) Evaluate the appropriateness and feasibility of risk management guidelines for academic work of educational institutions. Conduct a 2-step research 1) Creation and verification of risk management guidelines for academic work of educational institutions with the method of studying documents and verifying their content validity by experts in education administration 5 people. The research tools were questionnaires. The data were analyzed by finding the Index of Item-Objective Congruence. 2) Assessing the appropriateness and feasibility of risk management approaches in academic institutions. The population was educational institution administrators and academic supervisors, totaling 72 people. with a simple random method. The tool used was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.8. Statistics used were arithmetic mean. standard deviation and t-test

          The results showed that 1) Risk Management Guidelines for Academic Institutions, consisting of 114 practical items, divided into 6 aspects, namely, educational institution curriculum development; teaching management Educational Supervision measurement and evaluation Media Development innovation and technology and research to improve the quality of education

(2) Risk management guidelines for academic work of educational institutes in all 6 aspects are appropriate and feasibility of being able to actually implement them higher than the average criterion set at 3.50 with a significant value of .05.
