Abstract

This research aimed to study the level of academic administration factors. Academic management efficiency level and factors affecting academic administration efficiency of schools under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The population used in this research was 71 school administrators, teachers in charge of academic department. There were 216 teachers and subject head teachers, totaling 287 people. The research tools were questionnaires. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used. The results showed that the level of academic administration factors of schools under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office were overall at a high level. The level of overall academic administration efficiency was at a high level. The relationship between the factors had a positive relationship with statistical significance at the .05 level. budget factor teacher factor and educational personnel Factors relating to parents, communities and stakeholders and information media factors for education affecting the efficiency of academic administration Statistically significant at the .05 level. The correlation coefficient (R) was 0.845 and the predictive coefficient (R2) was 0.715 or had a predictive power of 71.50%.
