Factors for business success in partnering with government agencies A case study of Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at the factors that affect how well a partnership works with the Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization. The sample group consisted of 363 commercial associates of the Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization. Through an online survey, data were collected. The data's frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were investigated. and tested the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. the level of statistical significance of 0.05. The results of the research revealed that 1) The entrepreneurial characteristics of entrepreneurs affected the success of being a partner with the Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization, namely the aspiration for success. Followed by the courage for risk taking and the aspect of autonomy orientation in a positive direction and can predict the success of being a partner at 57.5 percent, 2) Factors of managerial innovation affecting the success of being a partner with Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization were information, followed by personnel and leadership in a positive direction and was able to predict the success of partnering at 89.3 percent and, 3) external factors affecting the success of being a partner with Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization were economic, followed by politics, social and cultural factors and technology which has a positive relationship and was able to predict the success of being a partner with Chiang Rai Provincial. Administrative Organization at 97.2 percent.
