Abstract

The research study is “development of Buddhist integrated instruction at public space in Roi et province”. This research wants to improve the teaching and learning management because the system of Thai teaching and learning does not have standard. It does not develop the students to have the knowledge as the standard system of Thai education so the model of learning management should promote the imagine and thought and to apply the creativity-based learning (CBL) for the students. The objectives of the research program are 1) to study model of Buddhist integrated learning management at public space in Roi et province 2) to develop of Buddhist integrated learning space at public space in Roi et province    3) to develop of Buddhist integrated learning media at public space in Roi et province. The study is the Mixed Methods Research including collecting and analyzing the data, document research, quantitative research, qualitative research and research and development. The populations of the research are 440 of monks and people who live in the area of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University RoiEt Buddhist college, Niwet sub-district, Thawat Buri district, RoiEt province. The research results are

  1. 1. to study model of Buddhist integrated learning management at public space in Roi et province, the opinion of the respondents on the questionnaire of model of Buddhist integrated learning management at public space in Roi et province are found that the overall means score is 4.14 which is at high level. The local administration should participate with learning management. The Model of Buddhist learning management should have morality, emotional awareness, leaving sad emotion, conscious training, emotional management, leaving the evil, protecting and supporting the good thing to progress. It should develop the potential and capacity for life and integrate new knowledge to be success by the people who live in the community participate the activities such as activity of local culture preserving, merit making activity, praying activity, moral training activity, sport activity, social activity and dhamma learning activity. The development and efficiency of model of Buddhist integrated learning management at public space in Roi et province are found that the opinion of the respondents on  model of Buddhist integrated learning management at public space in Roi et province has overall means score 4.18 which is high level, the test result after training activity using the manual of model of Buddhist integrated learning management at public space has mean score 16.20 and standard deviation score 0.70 ( = 20 S.D. = 0.70 ) in the first time,  and in the second time, mean score 18.40 and standard deviation score 0.60 (evaluate after the first time one week) ( = 18.40 S.D. = 0.60), it is higher than training activity ( = 1.80 S.D. = 0.95 ), so the test result of the simple target before and after using the model of Buddhist integrated learning management at public space  is statistically significant difference of 0.05, and evaluation of satisfaction of the model of Buddhist integrated learning management at public space in Roi et province has overall mean score 4.20 which is at highest level.
  2. to develop of Buddhist integrated learning space at public space in Roi Et Province, the analysis result of the potential of learning space in Roi Et province to develop learning management is found that learning space in Roi Et province is potential and readiness to develop and support to be the Buddhist integrated learning space with the mean score 4.00 which is high level, the opinion of the respondents on ability and the need to participate with the activity of development of Buddhist integrated learning space at public space in Roi Et Province is found that overall mean score is 4.18 which is at high level and the result of need and the objective of using the community learning space and Buddhist integrated learning space at public space in Roi Et Province is found that the overall mean score is 4.19 which is at high level and the result of supporting the Buddhist integrated learning space at public space in Roi Et Province is found that overall mean score is 4.24 which is at high level and the result of management of Buddhist integrated learning space at public space in Roi Et Province is found that the overall mean score is 4.22 with at high level and the satisfaction of Buddhist integrated learning space at public space in Roi Et Province is found that the overall mean score is 4.24 with high level.
  3. to develop of Buddhist integrated learning media at public space in Roi Et province, the study of model of Buddhist integrated learning media at public space in Roi Et province is found that the overall mean score is 4.20 with at high level, the model of media at public space must use for leaning and teaching efficiently such as 1) analyzing the data for media design 2) the media for leaning and teaching consisting of picture and sound emphasizing the local culture tourism in all generations 3) the content of media is very fun and making the learners happy not boring such as the media of temple, religious, Buddhist ceremony and local tradition and culture. The opinion of the respondents on participating with development of Buddhist integrated learning media at public space in Roi Et province is overall mean score 4.19 with at the high level, the promotion of development of Buddhist integrated learning media at public space in Roi Et province should encourage the people to arrange the activities and integrate the Buddhist teaching using in daily life. The comparison of before and after using the manual of development of Buddhist integrated learning media at public space in Roi Et province is found that the simple target groups have the test result after participating with training activity of manual of development of Buddhist integrated learning media at public space in the first time with the mean score 17.0 and standard deviation 0.05 ( = 17.0 S.D. = 0.50 ) and in the second time with the mean score 18.9. and standard deviation 0.31 ( = 18.90 S.D. = 0.31), it is higher than before participating training activity with mean score 13.65 and standard deviation 0.59 ( = 13.65 S.D. = 0.59 ), so the simple target groups have the test result before and after using the manual of development of Buddhist integrated learning media at public space with the statistically significant difference of 0.05, and evaluation of satisfaction of the model of the manual of development of Buddhist integrated learning media at public space in Roi et province has overall mean score 4.26 which is at highest level.
