Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) Opinions on organizational culture and organizational effectiveness of Bangkapi District Office 2) Organizational culture factors affecting organizational effectiveness of Bangkapi District Office. It was a quantitative method research. The population was personnel of the Bangkapi District Office. A stratified and simple random sampling method was used for the ratio of the population. The sample size were 111 samples. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics using percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics using stepwise multiple regression techniques. 

The research results were found as follows; 1) Opinions on organizational culture of Bangkapi District Office. Overall, the average was at a high level. The adaptive culture had the highest average and opinions on organizational effectiveness of the Bangkapi District Office. Overall, the average was at a high level. Objective assessment have the highest average. 2) Organizational culture factors had a positive effect on organizational effectiveness of Bangkapi District Office and cultural unity.
