Implementation of Information and Education Communication Technology Standards Under the Rajaprajanugroh School Group the Office of Special Education Administration Group 8

This research had the objective to 1. study opinion of teachers to the standard of information technology standard and communication for education under Ratchaprachanukro School, Educational Group of Special Education Management Office, Group 8 and 2. to compare opinion of teachers the standard of information technology standard and communication for education under Ratchaprachanukro School, Educational Group of Special Education Management Office, Group 8 categorized by sex, educational qualification, work experience and school size. The sample group used in this research were teachers under Ratchaprachanukro School, Educational Group of Special Education Management Office, Group 8, academic year 2022 in the number of 207 people. Questionnaire was used as a tool in collecting the data. The reliability was .812. The statistics used in analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation and t-test of the 2 sample groups with independence to each other and One-way ANOVA. The analysis results were as follows. 1) The standard of information technology standard and communication for education under Ratchaprachanukro School, Educational Group of Special Education Management Office, Group 8 in the overall picture was at a high level and when considered on each aspect it was found that the infrastructure had the most work operation and then it was the aspect of management inside educational institution and government cooperation aspect had the work management at the last. and 2) The operation according to the standard of information technology standard and communication for education under Ratchaprachanukro School, Educational Group of Special Education Management Office, Group 8 found that teachers with different school size had different opinion on the operation according to the standard of information technology standard and communication for education with statistical significance at the level of 0.001 and teachers with different sex, qualification, experience had opinion on the operation according to the standard of information technology standard and communication for education that was not different.
