Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to study the motivation for the performance of small school teacher under the Office of Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area 1 (2) to compare teachers' motivation to work in small schools under the Office of Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area 1 classified by sex, education level work experience and income, and (3) to collect feedback on the performance motivation of small school teachers. Under the Office of Phatthalung Primary Education Service Area 1.The questionnaire was used as a research tool. (Reliability = 0.975). The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation t-test and F-test by means of group analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA). The results of the research were as follows: 1) the motivation for the performance of small school teachers; The overall score was at a high level (   = 4.35, SD = 0.57). Supporting factor relationship with colleagues had the highest mean (   = 4.52), followed by policy and administration (   =4.48) and supporting factors (   =4.48) in terms of occupational status (   =4.47), respectively 2) Comparison of work motivation of teachers in small schools classified by gender, education level. Work experience and income overall are not different.
