Development of Jasmine Herbal Drink for Creative Tourism on the Philosophy of Economic Self-Sufficiency

Research on developing herbal drinks from Jasmine to support creative tourism according to the sufficiency economy philosophy. The objective is to produce herbal drink products from Jasmine and study consumer satisfaction with products and packaging of herbal drinks from Jasmine to add value to Jasmine. This research is research to develop a product. Research instruments include jasmine herbal drink products, prototype packaging, expert opinion questionnaire in packaging design, and consumer satisfaction assessment forms. The sample group is tourists from the Bang Nok Khaek community, Bang Bang Thi Subdistrict, Samut Songkhram Province, with 30 people—data analysis, including numbers, Percentages, Averages, standard deviations, and procedural briefings and procedures. The research showed that the components of the herbal drink formula from Jasmine assembled with Dried Jasmine 70 grams, Fang sen 10 grams, Lotus pollen 10 grams, and Turmeric 10 grams. Satisfaction levels in jasmine herbal drink products in terms of taste, color, and smell are at the highest level. In terms of packaging, it is found that the product is suitable as a community product that reflects the community's identity. Therefore, stakeholders should encourage people in the community to use herbal drink products from Jasmine to develop into community products to create value for Jasmine. Furthermore, increase income for the community.
