Abstract

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the general administration of school administrators. under the Office of Special Education Administration Group 7 (2) to compare the general administration of school administrators. under the Office of Special Education Administration, group 7 according to the opinions of teachers classified by age, work experience School size and types of educational institutions under the Office of Special Education Administration Group 7 and (3) Collecting recommendations on recommendations concerning the general administration of educational institution administrators. Under the Office of Special Education Administration, group 7, Your subsequent value (r) = .942 the sample group was teachers. under the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 7, Academic Year 2022, totaling 260 people. Data were collected by questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The results were summarized as follows. (2) General Administration of School Administrators under the Office of Special Education Administration, group 7, classified by age, work experience the size of the school and types of schools under the special education administration office, group 7, it was found that teachers with age were found that, in general, there were statistically significant differences at the .01 level. and each side found that in the field of educational technology The difference was statistically significant at the .01 level and according to the size of different educational institutes, it was found that the overall picture was not different. When considering each side, it was found that the student affairs There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level and the public relations work had a statistically significant difference at the .01 level. and types of educational institutions under the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 7, found that there was no difference. (3) Recommendations towards the general administration of educational institution administrators. Administrative work of educational institutions to improve operational efficiency. Recruit and appoint administrative personnel with knowledge and competency in accordance with the nature of work performed.
