The abundance of action verbs and the prominent issue of errors associated with them present significant challenges. Furthermore, several existing Chinese learning dictionaries face limitations, such as inaccurate selection of discriminatory word pairs and complex interpretations. Consequently, this paper aims to examine five commonly used Chinese learning dictionaries, focusing on the inclusion of easily confused action verbs and analyzing their lexical discrimination. Through this investigation, we hope to provide targeted suggestions for improving the compilation of Chinese learning dictionaries.
2024-11-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Modern Learning Developmenthttps://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jomld/article/view/273682Technology factors influence the performance management of logistics service providers in South East Asia2024-05-11T23:26:24+07:00Thanatkit Prasertsakulchaikt1979krit@gmail.comPiyachat Jarutirasarn kt1979krit@gmail.comSurasidh Boonchunonekt1979krit@gmail.com
“Global logistics business” has increasingly played an important role in conducting business especially in the era of the epidemic (COVID-19) where it is impossible to predict what the future situation will be and consumer behavior has changed because everyone cannot go out according to government policy and from a variety of factors everything will be ordered by the system or applications, causing logistics to play a very important role in responding to customer needs appropriately with the current situation. No matter what era, women are often taught and trained to be good women according to the ideals of a patriarchal society. In the family context, myths of women show three female statuses, a mother; a wife; and a daughter or a grand-daughter, which all are responsible for taking care of every family member. Junior females are taught to be grateful to the senior. In the society, women are molded to be a beauty, trained to prefer multiple skills in order to raise their abilities in homework, study and work. Also, women are expected to be kind; brave; polite and self-reliant. The found myths of women reflect Thai social values relating to women that have deeply implanted among Thai people and restricted Thai women in the past to the present. All myths about women encourage men and society to live happily. The myths also seem strongly associating with Thai social values; economy; politic; and social system.
2024-11-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Modern Learning Developmenthttps://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jomld/article/view/274099The Liability from Using Discretion in Issuing Disciplinary Orders Officials Illegally: A Case Study of University Pibulsongkram Rajabhat2024-06-24T00:37:52+07:00Phithan Saengsuriyawiseboylawyer@gmail.com
This thesis examines the legal liability of law enforcers within the context of the organization at Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University, focusing on unilateral intent to establish legal relationships and duties. It emphasizes the importance of discretionary power because internal laws cannot cover every situation. Granting discretion to state officials is necessary to apply the law flexibly and in line with specific facts. This allows state officials to exercise power without interference to achieve the law’s objectives and ensure case-specific justice. Misuse of discretion differs from general improper use of discretion in that it involves administrative acts that do not align with the law's intent, aiming for personal gain or public benefit not stipulated by the law. If done with corrupt or malicious intent, such misuse is severe and can lead to criminal liability, according to principles from England and France.

However, establishing criminal liability for misuse of discretion is complex. It requires determining the true intent and motivation of the actor, which are internal elements of criminal offenses, necessitating substantial evidence. Additionally, factors in substantive and procedural criminal law, and court interpretations, significantly impact prosecuting state officials who misuse their discretionary power.
2024-11-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Modern Learning Developmenthttps://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jomld/article/view/274829A Study of Guitar Course Teaching at School of International Art in Chengdu of China2024-06-21T16:29:54+07:00Wang Baonannayos.sar@bkkthon.ac.thNayos Sartjinpongfnayos@gmail.comPakorn Rodchangphuennayos.sar@bkkthon.ac.th
The increasing interest in guitar education underscores the desire among students to pursue higher-level studies. This research article thus aims to: 1) study the application of Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (TDABC) in restaurants and classify menu items based on the Menu Engineering concept, and 2) study the level of knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurs in applying the TDABC system and sustainable business practices. This research is a qualitative study using a case study of a restaurant business in Siracha District, Chonburi Province. The researcher employed documentary analysis, Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing analysis, and in-depth interviews as tools for conducting this study. The research findings reveal that applying TDABC improves the accuracy of product cost analysis and assists in classifying menu items according to the Menu Engineering concept, which entrepreneurs can utilise for strategic business planning. However, TDABC may not be suitable for certain activities, such as depreciation and rent, as these activities may not be directly related to time. This research also found that although entrepreneurs are ready to implement TDABC, they lack sufficient understanding, which may lead to errors in product cost determination. Additionally, the business possesses the knowledge, understanding and readiness to implement sustainable practices, contributing to long-term value creation for the company, society, and the environment.
2024-11-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Modern Learning Developmenthttps://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jomld/article/view/273264The Influence of Social Responsibility of Internet Celebrities on Brand Loyalty of Chinese Consumers in Jiangsu Province: A Case Study of Down Jacket Brand in Jiangsu Province2024-06-03T17:24:58+07:00Xuerui Wang2007030005@students.stamford.eduLu Suosuo.lu@stamford.edu
With the popularity of social media, Internet celebrities have become an indispensable force in brand marketing.
