Abstract

             Hiri Ottappa are called “Lokapala Dhamma” because they protect the world i.e. human beings not to commit all all evil things, not to fade away from morality, and not to behave as a wild animal. They are also called “Sukka Dhamma” because they purify a man’s body, speech and mind. These Hiri and Ottappa are related to social problem’s solving due to they solve the cause of problem i.e. the mind of that person, hence the mind directly affects behavior of the person. Law or any rules in this world are useless if the minds of all people are good enough since they can control their own behavior with stages of morality in their mind both in public and hidden places. Social problems can be solved by personal psychological factors development, along with family support by training and taking care of their children, using any measures to change their behavior by educating, developing their affective domain and strengthening psychological immune in them by making good relationship among their friends as a good idol for living.
