The Relationship between Instructional Leadership of Schools Administrators with Learning Organization of Primary Schools in Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to find: 1) Instructional leadership administrators of primary schools 2) Learning organization of primary schools and 3) the relationship between instructional leadership administrators with learning organization of primary schools in the Rayong primary educational service area office 2. This research is quantitative research. The sample group included administrators and teacher supervisors in 4 departments of primary schools in the Rayong primary educational service area office 2 was 204 personals. Using the proportion of each school. The research instrument was questionnaires. The statistical used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The findings of the research were as follows; 1) Instructional leadership administrators of primary schools overall are at a high level (x̄= 4.39). 2) Learning organization of primary schools in the Rayong primary educational service area office 2 overall is at a high-level (x̄= 4.45). 3) There was a relationship between instructional leadership administrators with learning organization of primary schools have a Correlation positively in a moderate relationship  (r =.638**). The instructional leadership administrators had effective learning organization. Instructional leadership administrators can Management guidelines for the administrators of other users as a guide in the development of their own and organization.
