The Development of the Infographic Teaching Kit for Promoting The Third Grade Students’Reading for Comprehension Ability of Thai Subject

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the infographic teaching kit for promoting the third grade students’ reading for comprehension ability of Thai subject 2) to compare their reading comprehension ability of Thai subject with the infographic teaching kit 3) to study of learning satisfaction by using infographic teaching kit of Thai subject for the third grade students. The sample was 10 students third grade students of Banchamoung School in Bangsaphan district of Prachaupkirikhan province. The instrument used in collecting data and researching was a reading comprehension lesson plan of Thai subject , an infographic teaching kit of Thai subject for the third grade students,  the ability assessment questionnaire by using infographic teaching kit of Thai subject for the third grade students and the satisfaction assessment questionnaire for 10 third grade students of Thai subject. Data was analyzed by percentage, means, standard deviation and t-test. The results of the study were as follows 1) The overall content quality of the infographic teaching kit of Thai subject for promoting the third grade students’ reading for comprehension ability was in the good level which has mean as which has mean as 4.53 and standard deviation as 0.14  and the infographic technology the total level of content was at good level which has mean as 4.78 and standard deviation as 0.26 2) The compared results of the third grade students’ reading for comprehension ability found that the post learning result by using the infographic teaching kit was higher than the pre-learning result statistically significant. 3) The result of learning satisfaction by using infographic teaching kit of Thai subject for the third grade students to promote Thai subject reading for comprehension ability was in the high level which has mean as 2.82 and standard deviation as 0.31
