This study aimed to 1) investigate the role of school administrators in effecting the learning management of teacher skills under the Secondary Educational Service Area office Bangkok 1, 2) examine the levels of the learning management of teacher skills under the Secondary Educational Service Area office Bangkok 1, and 3) investigate the role of school administrators in effecting the learning management of teacher skills under the Secondary Educational Service Area office Bangkok 1. The samples consisted of 59 basic educational schools from the Secondary Educational Service Area office Bangkok 1 with 354 data providers, including school administrators, academic administration subdivision heads, and teachers. The research instrument was a survey with a reliability of 0.99. Data analysis was done using percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficients, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The study found that 1) the overall levels of the role of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area office Bangkok 1 were at a high level in all aspects, 2) The overall levels of the learning management of teacher skills under the office of the Secondary Educational Service Area office Bangkok 1 were at a high level in all aspects, and 3) the role of school administrators in effecting the learning management of teacher skills under the Secondary Educational Service Area office Bangkok 1 included personnel development promotion, learning assessment, resource allocation management, policy formulation and learning lesson plans, and teaching and learning supervision respectively. The Multiple correlation coefficient (R) was .952, the predictive power was 90.60 percent, the standard error of prediction was .160, and statistical significance was at the .01 level. They could be written as a predicting formula for unstandardized scores and a predicting formula for standardized scores, as shown below.
