Leadership Of School Administrators That Affect Academic Administration in the 21St Century, Under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Bangkok Area 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research are as follows1) to study the leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 2) to study the academic administration in the 21st century under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 and 3) to study the leadership of school administrators affecting the administration of educational institutions in the 21st century under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1. The sample groups are as follows: the basic education institutions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 that the data providers consisted to school administrators and teachers in total 361 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.986 and the statistics used in the data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) Overall, the leadership of school administrators were at a high level. 2) Academic administration in the 21st century under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 were at a high level as well.  3) Leadership of school administrators the effect to academic administration in the 21st century under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 including, the vision In terms of knowledge, intelligence and morality, they predicted the variance of the effectiveness of educational institutions the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Nonthaburi by 24.10% with a statistical significance at the .01 level.
