Abstract

The purpose of this research was 1) To study the level of administrative skills of school administrators in the 21^st century at Benchamarajalai School. under the royal patronage under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok, Region 1 2) to study the development of administrative skills of school administrators in the 21^st century at Benchamarajalai School. under the royal patronage under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok District 1. The samples were 1) school administrators, 2) deputy administrators, and 3) school teachers. Academic year 2022, 80 people were obtained by means of finding the size of the sample using the sample size estimation table of Craigie and Morgan. Experts are highly qualified to provide key information, consisting of educational institution administrators having excellent and excellent self-assessment results. and have at least 3 years of working experience, and 5 experts in educational institute administration skills acquired by purposive selection. The research tool was a questionnaire. and interview form Statistics used in quantitative data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. For qualitative data, content analysis was used. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the level of administrative skills of school administrators in the 21^st century at Benchamarajalai School under the royal patronage under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok, Region 1, found that the mean and standard deviation of administrative skills of school administrators in the 21^st century, Benchamarajalai School. under the royal patronage under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok, Region 1 Overall, administrative skills of school administrators in the 21^st century were at a high level in all aspects. 2) Development of administrative skills of school administrators in the 21st century at Benchamarajalai School under the royal patronage under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok District 1 has 6 areas as follows: Vision skills communication skills Information Technology Skills interpersonal skills moral, ethical and ethical skills and creative skills.
