Academic Leadership Of School Administrators Affecting Efficiency Teacher Learning Management Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chonburi Rayong

Abstract

 The objectives of this research were 1) to study the academic leadership of school administrators; 2) to study the efficiency of learning management of teachers; 3) to study the relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators and teachers' learning management efficiency; and 4) to study the effect of teacher's academic leadership on learning management efficiency of teachers. The sample group were teachers under the secondary education service area office Chonburi Rayong in the area of Rayong Province, the academic year 2021, only for the Rayong 2 campus. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.

         The research findings were found that:                                       1) Academic Leadership of School Administrators overall and each side was averaged at a high level, sorted from the most to the least, including views and trends in curriculum changes, planning for professional advancement development Assessment of student learning Teachers' Teaching Evaluation, and project management for children with special needs, respectively.

         2) Efficiency of teachers' learning management, the overall and each side was averaged at a high level, sorted from most to least, including the creation of the learning process of the learners and the use of various teaching and learning activities. The aspect of showing attentiveness in teaching and the aspect of creating clarity in the lesson, respectively.

         3) The relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and teachers' learning management efficiency. There was a very high level of positive correlation statistically significant at the .01 level

         4) Academic leadership of school administrators in all 5 aspects affected teachers' learning management efficiency with statistical significance at the .01 level and were able to jointly predict the operation of quality assurance within educational institutions at 85.70 percent, which can be written as a forecasting equation in standard score form, which is Z'Y = .640Z₂ + .586Z₃ + .791Z₄ + .677Z₅ + .475Z₁
