Abstract

            Research on Model development administration professional learning community in the era of new way of life to promote proactive learning management aimed at the quality of students at Mae Suai Witthayakhom School, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The objective of the research was to
1) study guidelines for creating model administration professional learning community in the era of new way of life to promote proactive learning management aimed at the quality of students at Mae Suai Witthayakhom School, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. 2) Create and verify formats and a manual for using the management model professional learning community in the era of new way of life to promote proactive learning management aimed at student quality Mae Suai Witthayakhom School,  Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office.
3) Try out model administration professional learning community in the era of new way of life to promote proactive learning management aimed at the quality of students at Mae Suai Witthayakhom School, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. and 4) evaluating the management model administration professional learning community in the era of new way of life to promote proactive learning management aimed at the quality of students at Mae Suai Witthayakhom School, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office.The tools used in the research include: questionnaire, in-depth interview format data analysis used content analysis methods and basic statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

            The research results found that                

1. Guidelines for creating model administration professional learning community in the era of new way of life to promote proactive learning management aimed at the quality of students at Mae Suai Witthayakhom School, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office include 1) basic theory and principles 2) purpose of the format 3) the content of the format 4) method of operation and 5) guidelines for evaluating the performance of the model.
2. Model and manual model administration professional learning community in the era of new way of life to promote proactive learning management aimed at the quality of students at Mae Suai Witthayakhom School, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office  overall it was at a high level.               
3. Results of the trial of using model administration professional learning community in the era of new way of life to promote proactive learning management aimed at the quality of students at Mae Suai Witthayakhom School Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office, found that results of comparing percentages of average values academic achievement of students in 8 learning subject groups academic year 2023 was higher than academic year 2022. Management of model administration professional learning community in the era of new way of life to promote proactive learning management aimed at the quality of students at Mae Suai Witthayakhom School, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office overall it was at a high level and teachers' satisfaction with model administration professional learning community in the era of new way of life to promote proactive learning management aimed at the quality of students at Mae Suai Witthayakhom School, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office Overall, it was at the highest level.
4. Results of the evaluation of model administration professional learning community in the era of new way of life to promote proactive learning management aimed at the quality of students at Mae Suai Witthayakhom School, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office teachers had opinions regarding usefulness model administration professional learning community in the era of new way of life to promote proactive learning management aimed at the quality of students at Mae Suai Witthayakhom School, Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office overall it was at the highest level.
