Academic Leadership Of Educatoinal Institution Administrators Affecting Academic Affairs Management Of School Under The Office Of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 3

Abstract

This research comments: 1) Guidelines for studying academic leadership of educational institution administrators in the Kanchanaburi Roman Education Area, Area 3. 2) To study the effectiveness of academic administration of educational institutions under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3. 3) To study the relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic administration of educational institutions under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3. 4) To study the academic leadership of educational institution administrators that affects the effectiveness of academic administration of educational institutions under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3.

The results of the research were as follow:

1) Academic leadership of educational institution administrators Under the jurisdiction of the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, the overall level was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found to be at a high level in 4 areas, arranged from high to low average These include 1) promoting professional development, 2) setting the vision, mission, and goals of the educational institution, 3) enhancing the academic atmosphere of the educational institution, and 4) monitoring student progress, respectively. 2) Effectiveness of the academic administration of the educational institution Under the jurisdiction of the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, the overall level was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that It is at a very high level in 8 areas, arranged from high to low average. 3) Academic leadership of educational institution administrators and the effectiveness of academic administration of educational institutions. Under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, there is a moderate positive relationship equal to .595, with statistical significance at the .01 level. 4) Academic leadership that affects the effectiveness of academic administration of educational institutions Under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, it was found that the academic leadership multiple correlation coefficient Able to predict the effectiveness of academic administration of educational institutions.
