Abstract

            This research aims to develop a collaborative school management model to develop learning resources Wat Mai Sukontharam School (Pinrattanarat) by research and development methods as follows: 1) Study basic information by studying concepts and related documents. Conditions and needs required by meeting Workshop with 16 educational institution network partners and interviews with experts from 5 joint development schools. 2) Model created and verified by 7 experts. 3) Study the results of the trial using the model, summarizing the results of learning resource development. and the use of learning resources in teaching and learning and 4) evaluate the model, including principles, goals, inputs, processes, outputs, and feedback from the environment. and reflection by 21 school network partners. The tools used in the research were workshop Semi-structured interview Data summaries, assessments, and reflection meetings. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Content analysis and summarize information. The research results found that 1) Guidelines for managing joint development schools include: creating participation with educational institution network partners to develop learning resources for organizing integrated learning. To raise academic achievement Vocational skills practice Strengthen important competencies of students and desirable characteristics according to the curriculum 2) The model has 6 elements: principles, goals, inputs, processes, outputs, and feedback from the environment. 3) The school had developed 6 learning resources. The results of using learning resources include: students had academic achievement in every learning group higher than the specified target value, students had vocational training skills, including raising catfish, growing bananas, making dishwashing liquid, and growing vegetable gardens composting and playing Thai music with the results of the evaluation of vocational skills practice Accounting for 98.09 percent.
