The questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of operational level employees working in private companies in Bangkok of 400 people through a multi-step sampling method. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation. Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1) company employees in Bangkok have a high level of overall work motivation when considered individually, it was found that they are at high levels in all areas except for progress, 2) the effectiveness of companies in Bangkok, both overall and each side were at a high level, 3) the motivation of employees in all aspects, they have a positive relationship with the effectiveness of companies in Bangkok, both overall and each side. These were statistically significant at the .05 level and 4) forecasts for the effectiveness of companies in Bangkok, using employee motivation as a predictor as; Y = .263 + .456X<sub>1</sub> + .371X<sub>6</sub> + .201X<sub>11</sub> + .192X<sub>3</sub> + .181X<sub>7</sub> + .113X<sub>9</sub> - .108X<sub>12</sub> - .204X<sub>4</sub> - .282X<sub>2</sub>a predictor as; The results<br>of the research will be information to the executives of the organization.
