This study has the objective of finding level of happiness in the work of the employees. Compare the level of comments by personal factors of Elements that influence employee happiness. And study the relationship between factors influencing work happiness with level of happiness in the work of the employees. Subjects in this research consisted of 370 personnel of Company. The questionnaire was completed and analyzed for 368 items. The questionnaire was designed to collected data which consisted of 3 types of questions: personal demographic information, opinions on elements which led to happiness at work, and current happiness rating in their workplace. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.71. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics is frequency, percentage, means, independent t-test, analysis of variance: ANOVA, Scheffé and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. <br>          The results of the study show that most of the personnel were female, 26-30 years old, married, with bachelor degree education. Their work period was from 1-3 years and they worked in Operation employee. The level of their happiness at work at True Distribution and Sales Company Limited was at the moderate level. The opinion towards the overall happiness at work was at the “agree” level on elements which contributed to happiness at work: organization’s share values, relationship at workplace, job characteristic and leadership. For quality of work life, their opinion was indifferent. The personal demographic factors that significantly related to happiness at work were education level, work period and position at the level of 95% statistically confident interval, while sex, age and marital status did not correlate significantly with happiness at work.
