It must focus on strengthening the capital of existing strength and have enough energy to drive the development process. Especially human development or human capital to be strong and ready to change quickly to the world in the 21st century. It makes economic conditions, society, politics, governance, information technology, transportation and education become a world without borders. Competition makes children face problems caused by change, especially in education which has a solution with the management of education reform according to the National Education Act 1999 and amended No. 2 Act 2002. To achieve educational reform at all levels from early childhood to higher education, the teacher’s teaching strategies have been modified to focus on learning management through action or direct experience to develop students to solve the problem through critical thinking and solve problems creatively. Current education management needs to prepare people to have skills to learn and adapt to have immunity from the impact of change and live a balanced life on all sides. People who matter in education prepare others are ready to say the above is “Early Childhood Teacher”. So early childhood teachers need to have critical thinking skills in consideration ponder to choose scrutinize and have technical how to manage learning using design, sketches and organize activities that enhance learning appropriately for early childhood causing all children to develop to their full potential; to grow into mature adults who are a benefit to society, have the ability to live, are thoughtful, make decisions, don’t give in to challenges, effective planning.
