The data were collected by conducting a workshop and focused group of 75 staff from Local Administrative Organizations. The data were analyzes by brainstorming, categorization, interpreted, and analyze by qualitative research methodology. The findings of this study were problems in service delivery of the Local Administrative Organizations, they were 1) Regarding the staff of the Local Administrative Organizations, they were, the shortage of staff that caused delays in services delivery, misunderstanding on rules and regulations related to service delivery 2) Regarding the people, they were, the incomplete of documents prepared for the service requested and 3) Regarding the shortage of instruments and budget, included insufficient space of the building, service processes chart, and technologies for service delivery. Therefore, guidelines for the improvement of service quality of the Local Administrative Organizations were should be place on the development of staffs who deliver service to people, and should be announcements of service processes in order to gain people’s understanding in processes. Finally, improve the service standard quality by organizing the one stop service center.</p> ER -
