The ratio of sample depended on the number of students in each school. IOC evaluation of questionnaires’ items was between 0.67 - 1.00 with the overall alpha coefficient of 0.98 (<img title="\alpha" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\alpha" /> = coefficient). A structured interview was asked to 5 school administrators.<br />The research findings were as follows: 1) promoting morality and ethics to students of schools under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level of 4.18. 2) Management approaches for promoting morality and ethics to students was that school administrators should encourage students in the following aspects; first, to apply the sufficiency economy philosophy in their daily life, second, to save money, third, to have the sense of volunteer, fourth, to be helpful to others, fifth, to be respectful to others as well as sixth, to involve with learner development activities emphasizing on moral and ethics.</p> ER -
