The sample group consisted of 360 administrators and primary teachers in Pathum Thani province, by using stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a dual - response questionnaire. The reliability value 0.97. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and priority needs analysis (PNIModified).<br>The research revealed that: 1) the current state of the internal quality assurance management for schools as a whole, was at the high level (<img title="\bar{X}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{X}"> = 3.91, S.D. = 0.45). 2) The desirable state was at the highest level (<img title="\bar{X}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{X}">= 4.87, S.D. = 0.27) and 3) the needs of the internal quality assurance management for schools respectively sorted descending order of the need as follows: (1) Academic development operations with emphasis on the quality of the learners according to the school curriculum and target groups (PNIModified=0.262). (2) the development of teachers and educational personnel to have professional expertise (PNIModified=0.249). (3) Organization of quality management system of schools (PNIModified=0.246). (4) Organization of information technology system for management and learning management (PNIModified=0.242). (5) Schools clear vision creation and mission (PNIModified=0.238) and (6) to provide a physical environment and social that conducive to quality learning management (PNIModified=0.226).</p> ER -
