According to the study, it was found that to enact a law spend quite long time, and a non-implementation of international law obligations was not included in the law content. In addition, it has also been confused with the matters of the principle and rationale in (proposed) Bill. They were not clarified whether they were included in any implementation. Eventually, it seemed that this Bill was stated only in terms of a policy for collecting a greenhouse gas data. However, the practical content for achieving the obligations of the Paris Agreement issued pursuant to the provisions in Article 24 of the United Nations Convention on Climate Change A.D. 1992 was not found. Therefore, the author has proposed the amendment of the Bill mentioned prior to its effective in Thailand.
ศุภวิชญ์ พ่วงสุวรรณ Copyright (c) 2021 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ 2021-12-30 2021-12-30 16 2 1 14 POPULIST APPROACH: REFLECTIONS ON THE STRUCTURAL POLITICAL CONCEPTS OF CLASSES IN THAI SOCIETY https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/vrurdihsjournal/article/view/250732
This academic article aims to analyze populist approaches by reviewing definitions and related literature, using the conceptual framework through the perspective of the political context of the class structure in Thai society. It was found that "populism" is a political concept that does not have a complete and clear ideological principle like a general political regime or ideology, be it democracy, socialism, Marxism, or fascism. Moreover, these ideas are the guidelines that influence the beliefs of people even if the leader is changed. The system remains with more concrete principles of practice, and this is different from the populist approach that was created. It is the primary ideology expressed through the ability of a unique individual, or a single political party, to choose a government leader. If it turns out that such a person is out of power, the ideology will immediately become a light ideology. Since institutionalism relies on the individual and not the political system, the populist approach should be a temporary "option" to policy rather than a "norm" for the permanent reduction of social inequality. Because of the lessons learned in countries that used frenzied populist politics, they could cause a condition known as "hyperinflation," which would be an economic disaster. Therefore, the creation of a welfare state is driven by quality taxation, which may be the best answer to reduce the conflict between political ideologies and to reduce the structural class inequality in Thai society.
ยุทธศาสตร์ หน่อแก้ว Copyright (c) 2021 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ 2021-12-30 2021-12-30 16 2 15 30 HISTORICAL AWARENESS OF CONSECRATED WATER SOURCES IN CHAINAT PROVINCE https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/vrurdihsjournal/article/view/250750
This article, written in response to an awareness issue of consecrated water sources in Chainat province, emphasizes an explanation of Chainat consecrated water source usage in coronations, which was first used in the second coronation of Rama VI in 1911 and continued until the coronation of Rama IX in 1950. There are two water sources consisting of the Chao Praya River in front of Wat Thammamun Worrawihan and Wat Phra Borrommathat Worrawihan. However, it has been discovered that there is currently only one consecrated water source in Chainat province, which is the Chao Praya River in front of Wat Thammamun Worrawihan. This could be due to a lack of access to historical documents, as well as a change in the celebrations of Rama IX's 5th cycle birthday anniversary ceremony in 1987, when the province used an ancient Buddhist holy water well discovered in 1975 in Wat Phra Borrommathat Worrawihan chapel. These factors have resulted in a historical misunderstanding of consecrated water sources in Chainat province.
Wasawat Netprahas Copyright (c) 2021 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ 2021-12-30 2021-12-30 16 2 31 45 THE ANALYSIS OF REFERENCES APPEARING IN MADANABADHA https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/vrurdihsjournal/article/view/248099
ABSTRACT

This research aims to study the strategies of reference theory in Thai literature – Madanabadha. To complete this research, the researcher used applied research through document analysis and presented the findings in a form of descriptive research. Indicative Reference (Demonstrative Reference), words with indicative references are found to be a few. The words found are ‘this person’, ‘this man’ and ‘this woman’ which appeared after the Pronominal and Comparative References. Lastly, Comparative Reference, of which the author will use contextual comparison methods of the character's rank, position or status in selecting words to compare, including the mood of the characters while still allowing the reader to understand the allegorical reference claims to whom.
Krittisak Chaimyangyuen Suchawadee Kesmanee Copyright (c) 2021 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ 2021-12-30 2021-12-30 16 2 46 55 CHANGES OF PERFORMING ART OF KANTRUEM FOLK SONG OF THAI-KHMER PEOPLE IN DONG MAN VILLAGE, KHO KO SUBDISTRICT, MUEANG DISTRICT, SURIN PROVINCE, BETWEEN 2001 – PRESENT https://so06.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/vrurdihsjournal/article/view/248107
The objectives of the current research article were to: 1) study about the performing art of Kantruem, Thai-Khmer folk song of Surin province 2. investigate changes, in terms of lyrics, musical instruments and performances, of Kantruem folk song between 2001 - present.
