The Pattern of Creation Ethics for Student at Prototype High School in The Secondary Education Service Area 41

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the morality and ethics, to create a model to strengthen morality and ethics, and assess the model to enhance the moral, ethics, model of secondary school students under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 41. It’s conducted by qualitative research method -semi-structured interview method. Data were analyzed by inductive and descriptive analysis. The tools used in the research were document analysis forms, Semi-structural interview form and focus group discussion in the form of 9 persons. The statistics used in this research are frequency, average. The results of the research are as follows: 1) Moral, moral, model of secondary school students: The Office of Secondary Education Service Area 41 has 4 parts which are sufficiency, discipline, honesty and volunteer. The result of the interview has 5 aspects which are administrators, teachers, parents, communities and students. 2) The form of promotion Moral, ethics, model 5 components, namely (1) The role of management consists of being a good role model Policy formulation Defining courses in the course Setting up a good environment Creating community involvement with parents Organizing activities to strengthen curriculum to integrate morality and ethics. (2)The role of teachers consists of good role models, integration of morality and ethics in courses, the process of consulting and monitoring, organizing activities to promote morality, ethics and Organize teaching and learning with participation. (3) the role of parents consists of being a role model, integrating morality and ethics in daily life Today, participation and education. (4) the role of the community include being a good role model. Creating a network with schools Participation in school activities. (5)The student role consists of knowledge and understanding about morality, ethics, creating a moral project, being a good example, being a moral leader, creating a network and having increased participation and desirable behavior in schools. 3) Evaluation of the model of moral promotion and model of ethics was at a high level in all aspects.
