The Model of Effective Academic Administration in Bilingual School under the Office of Basic Education Commission Among Northeastern Region

Abstract

              The purpose of this research aimed 1) to study current conditions 2) to create The Model of Effective Academic Administration in Bilingual School Under the Office of Basic Education Commission Among Northeastern Region, and3) to assess The Model of Effective Academic Administration in Bilingual School Under the Office of  Basic Education Commission Among  Northeastern Region. The first stage covered studying current conditions and problems. The sample used in this study was 375 people registered Under the Office of Basic Education Commission among Northeastern Region with multi-stage sampling. Keys informants who gave information  about Effective Academic Administration in Bilingual School  Under  the Office of  Basic Education Commission Among  Northeastern Region with the best practices were directors, teachers as well as , teacher representatives  project. Research instrument were questionnaire as well as semi- structured interview.The second stage covered the creation of the Model of Effective Academic Administration in Bilingual School under the Office of Basic Education Commission among Northeastern Region. The gathered data of the first stage were developed into a drafted model used in a focus group of twelve professionals. The third stage was the assessment of Effective Academic Administration Model in Bilingual School under the Office of Basic Education Commission among Northeastern Region. The assessment was conducted by having 18 professionals assessed benefit, possibilities, appropriateness, and correctness with coverage within the model.  The research findings were as follows: 1) current conditions of Effective Academic Administration in Bilingual School  Under  the Office of  Basic Education Commission Among  Northeastern Region by including the 8 aspects; academic planning, curriculum development, learning management, learning resources development, educational supervision, quality assurance, educational technology, as well as  research.  2) The Model of Effective Academic Administration in Bilingual School  Under  the Office of  Basic Education Commission Among  Northeastern Region was consisted of reason for project determination, objectives, structure, and contents, development process, evaluation and assessment, success and conditions lead to success, and conditions of model usage; 3) the results of the assessment of The Model of Effective Academic Administration in Bilingual School  Under  the Office of  Basic Education Commission Among  Northeastern Region was at high level meaning that constructed model was possible, appropriate, correct and covered, as well as useful.
