Abstract

Creative Economy grows out of Knowledge-Based Economy that relies
mainly on discipline and handwork. Passion that emerges from strong love and
enjoyment of what people do serves as lubricant to move from the traditional
Knowledge-Based Economy to Creative Economy. This is because individuals who
are passionate about products and services they offer would devote their energy
and effort into their work which leads to innovations. The main purposes of this
article are to explore and suggest strategies to create passion in different levels
ranging from individual level, organization level, and society level of Thailand.
