Competition Law in the Internet Market

In recent years, the Internet economy has developed rapidly, while also triggering more and more Internet competition, which needs to be regulated and guided by law. However, various defects in the current competition law are conspicuous in this matter. This paper aims to provide suggestions for the revision and improvement of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law and promote the adaptation of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law to the requirements of competition in the digital era.
