ในช่วงหลายปีทีผ่านมา เศรษฐกิจอินเทอร์เน็ตได้พัฒนาอย่างรวดเร็ว การดังกล่าวส่งผลให้การแข่งขันทางอินเทอร์เน็ตเพิ่มมากยิ่งขึ้นตามไปด้วย ซึ่งสิ่งนี้จำเป็นต้องถูกควบคุมโดยกฎหมาย กระนั้น เรายังสามารถพบข้อบกพร่องของกฎหมายแข่งขันทางการทางค้าปัจจุบันในการควบคุมเศรษฐกิจอินเทอร์เน็ต บทความนี้มุ่งเสนอแนะการปรับปรุงกฎหมายการแข่งขันทางการค้าเพื่อให้สอดรับกับยุคแห่งดิจิทัล
