Sustainable Community Development Journal (SCD Journal) has been launched since 2019. The journal has been organized by Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), Thailand. 

SCD Journal is a peer reviewed, open-access, international journal for the publication of the research in the fields of community engagement in the social, cultural, environmental, health and well-being dimensions of sustainable development in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Focus and Scope:

               The journal invites research articles discussing:

                 - projects or programs that embedded community engagement in the social, cultural, environmental, health and well-being dimensions of sustainable development

                 - shared experiences and lessons learnt from practical approaches and implementations of SDGs

                 - contributions to the body of scientific knowledge on implementing SDGs, including evaluations of approaches and implementations

Peer Review ProcessManuscripts are sent to two reviewers for a full double-blind review. The review process takes approximately three weeks.
